Kristen Devitt is a social worker, educator, and former law enforcement officer that has 25 years of experience in Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management.  She is a Certified Threat Manager through ATAP and a Certified Master Instructor for the National Threat Evaluation and Reporting Program. Kristen trained over 8,000 educators, law enforcement officers, and behavioral health providers in threat management techniques as the Director of the Office of School Safety at the Wisconsin Department of Justice. Kristen is currently Senior Manager in Security for a nationwide healthcare organization, Secretary for the Pacific Southwest Chapter of The Association of Threat Assessment Professionals, Networking Committee Co-Chair for Threat Team Hawai’i, and a member of the Conference Planning Committee for the Institute on Violence Abuse and Trauma.
