Beyond finding and selecting among emerging technologies and approaches, construction and design professionals must also be able to successfully build teams to integrate these innovations within their organizations. This session will offer best-leadership approaches to change, drawing on more than 500 case studies of construction leaders with advice about the right way to use change agents, communicate change, training, measuring adoption, and minimizing and managing change resistance. It will also offer practical insight for identifying and developing emerging leaders to create the most proficient teams, based on key human attributes that are significant indicators of future performance.
